Art Classes - A Conduit for Healing
- Ages 10–14

Small-group art classes that use creativity to build self-esteem, emotional communication, and peer connection. All sessions are therapist-informed and sized to address every participant’s individual needs. All art supplies included.
Therapeutic Anime Drawing
(Girls Ages 10–14)
A creative, nurturing space combining anime art with therapeutic practices exploring characters, emotions, and storytelling alongside art-based mindfulness, group sharing, and journaling prompts. For anime enthusiasts and casual drawers alike.

Game Creation Group
(Boys Ages 10–14)
For boys interested in video games, Minecraft, anime, or graphic novels using those interests to build friendships, confidence, and social skills through storytelling, illustration, and game design. Led by a therapist experienced in working with youth.

School does not always teach students how to manage school. Our coaching helps middle and high school students build the systems, strategies, and habits they need to stay organized, manage their time, and handle academic pressure through both individual sessions and flexible drop-in groups.
P.O.S.T. Individual Coaching

Drop-In Group Sessions
- Register by 9:00 AM day of class
Flexible, small-group executive functioning support attended on an as-needed basis, no ongoing commitment required. Each class meets for one hour. Group size is limited. Register by 9:00 AM the day of the session.
