Art Classes for Children & Teens Art as a Conduit for Healing
Small-group therapeutic art classes that use creativity to build self-esteem, emotional communication, and genuine peer connection for children and teens ages 10 to 14.
- What Is It?
More Than Art A Space to Grow, Connect, and Be Seen
Within each art class at Sensory Stepping Stones, we explore individual artistic skills to build creativity, communication, and self-esteem. Art is a unique and powerful way for children and teens to express feelings and emotions that are difficult to put into words giving them a new language for their inner world.
All sessions are small in size so every participant gets individual attention. Classes are built around age-appropriate skills and projects, and all art supplies for every session are included in the fee. No prior art experience is needed only a willingness to create.
No art experience required. These classes are designed for children who love to draw as much as for those who have never picked up a sketchbook. What matters is the creative process and the safe space, not the finished product.
