Youth Fitness & Agility Training
For Every Child At Every Level

All-ability fitness classes and sport-specific speed, quickness, and agility training using cutting-edge technology to help every young athlete perform better and feel stronger.

Two Fitness Programs One for Every Child

Whether your child needs inclusive fitness support or sport-specific performance training, we have a program built for them.

All-Ability Youth Fitness

Fitness classes designed to increase movement, endurance, and physical fitness for children of all abilities. Every class is modified for different needs but always delivered in an atmosphere of fun, encouragement, and genuine accomplishment. No child sits on the sidelines.

Speed, Quickness & Agility (SQA) Training

Dynamic full-body training using FitLight® and Interactive Metronome® technology to build coordination, reaction time, and sport-specific athletic performance. Regardless of the sport your child plays, SQA training is essential to developing a young athlete’s speed, stamina, and mental edge.

Physical & Mental Improvements
Across Every Sport

Speed and agility training exercises are essential to developing a young athlete’s performance regardless of the sport they play. Basketball, gymnastics, swimming, soccer, tennis, track SQA training produces measurable improvements across all of them.

Participants in private sessions or small groups develop the foundational athletic qualities that give them a genuine edge both on the field and in how they approach challenges.

Improved overall physical fitness and body composition

Greater endurance and stamina in sport and daily activity

Stronger core stability, balance, and body awareness

Faster reaction time and sport-specific coordination

Mental toughness and perseverance under physical pressure

Greater self-confidence in physical capability and athletic identity

Not just for elite athletes. SQA training is equally effective for children who are just getting started in sport, children with coordination challenges, and high-performing athletes looking to push their performance to the next level.

Cutting-Edge Tools That Make the Difference

Our SQA training uses two evidence-based performance technologies that set our program apart from standard fitness training.

FitLight® Trainer

A wireless reaction light system that uses light targets to train speed, reaction time, and cognitive processing under physical load. Athletes tap or dodge illuminated lights in increasingly complex sequences developing the hand-eye coordination, split-second decision-making, and explosive movement patterns that define elite athletic performance.

Optics Trainer/Tracker Program

Enhances visual tracking, eye teaming, reaction speed, and hand-eye coordination through targeted exercises. This program helps improve reading efficiency, sports performance, attention, and overall visual processing skills essential for learning and daily activities.

Interactive Metronome®

An evidence-based brain-body timing program that trains the neurological timing system underlying coordination, sequencing, and athletic rhythm. By improving the brain's internal clock, IM training directly enhances a young athlete's ability to time movements precisely producing gains in coordination and reaction speed that carry across sports and physical activities.

Heart Math

Uses real-time heart rate variability biofeedback to help individuals build emotional regulation, focus, and resilience. By learning to balance the connection between the heart and brain, clients can better manage stress, improve concentration, and support overall mental well-being.

The combination of FitLight® and Interactive Metronome® addresses both the physical and neurological dimensions of athletic performance which is why participants consistently see improvements that go beyond what traditional fitness training alone produces.

Real Families. Real Results.

You’re not the first family to walk in feeling hopeless. And you won’t be the last to walk out feeling seen.

Honest answers to the things you're actually wondering.

Yes, that is by design. The All-Ability Youth Fitness program is specifically built to be inclusive and appropriately challenging for children with a wide range of abilities, including physical, developmental, and sensory challenges. Every class is modified so that each participant is challenged at their level, celebrated for their progress, and always part of the group — never sidelined.
All of them. Speed, quickness, and agility are foundational athletic qualities that transfer across every sport. We have worked with athletes in basketball, gymnastics, soccer, swimming, tennis, track, baseball, and more. The FitLight® and Interactive Metronome® training builds the neurological and physical foundations that underpin sport-specific performance in any activity.
Both options are available. Private sessions provide focused one-to-one training with individual programming tailored to your child's specific sport and performance goals. Small group sessions offer a more social, collaborative training environment. Call (914) 244-4101 to discuss which format is best suited to your child.
Yes. Many children who are working through clinical programs like Neuro Integration Therapy, Interactive Metronome, or neurofeedback also participate in fitness and agility training. The programs complement each other well — particularly SQA training, which builds on the neurological timing gains from Interactive Metronome in a physical performance context.
